Tuesday, February 4, 2014. This recipe is for approximately 6 dozen cookies. I baked them first on a Tuesday. They were gone by Sunday. This means my household has a dozen-cookie-a-day consumption rate. Not bad considering one of the household has no teeth. 2 teaspoons cream of tartar.
