Italy and Greece 2011. Thursday, April 28, 2011. We woke up very early today in order to get into Rome during rush hour traffic to get to the Vatican! Next we got to go inside St. Peters Basilica. This is where Michelangelos Pieta is displayed. It used to be out in the open but now its behind glass because some years ago a fanatic knocked off Marys nose with a hammer. Dinner was delicious pizza at a nautical-themed restaurant. The bar was a boat! And we ran in to Mickey! As a group we then took a wal.
