Monday, August 8, 2011. I write this to you quickly in Stratton, Maine. I am currently two weeks out of Katahdin. I will have one more opportunity to write in a few days from Monson. The day was enjoyed on the campus green tossing the frisbee and playing it cool. A fellow thru-hiker Hermes has summited earlier that week and came back to cook up some hot dogs and drink some coke.
