I went through a stage around age 13 where I drank a lot of Turkey Hill orange iced tea and accompanied it with a lot of wheat thins. I still enjoy a tea every now and then. The Turkey Hill Country Classic was on Saturday. I wrote up a race report over on my team CAWES blog. Thanks to our talented, dedicated, and selfless secretary, Robin Meidhof, we got our binder, documentation, and application in on time and put forth - as always - our best. So why did we win? Monday, March 18, 2013. We left early Sunday for the 4 and a half hour trip from Leadville to Moab. When we arrived we immediately set out on a hike in Negro Bill Canyon in order to tire the dog out before his stay in doggie daycare Monday. A tired dog is a good dog, right?
