This cartoon claims that the missle did nothing but destroy the food aid in Korea, I guess because of the money spent. If the missle was aimed for us, Im glad it failed. The answer being because he is proposing to make changes that they dont want to see happen. Hopefully he learns what he should do. This political cartoon, is a humorous poke at the recent cont.
