Monday, August 11, 2014. Whats for dinner this week? Chicken and Rice bowls. Fish OJ Chicken me and Penny w Salad and Roasted Asparagus. Roast w mashed potatoes and green beans. Tonight we had Fajita Quesadillas. I used strips of onion, green and red bell pepper, and baby portabella mushrooms. I sauteed them over medium high heat with a little bit of canola oil, then seasoned with some taco seasoning. Then I used my Griddler love that thing! 1 down, 4 more to go . . .
