It was really hard on Mack, lol! I made our cartoon portraits with the kids and it made me think of baby Millie on the couch with her bottle, eyes glued to the Brady bunch. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. The kids and I had fun shopping for dad while he was at work. We are so thankful for Jeff and appreciate everything he does for our family. We are truly blessed to have him in our home. Jared gave him an iTunes gift card, chicago popcorn, milk duds and his favorite soda.
Saturday, July 11, 2009. Asher is on a T-ball team this summer and has been having a great time. It is so cute to watch the three and four year old kids running around aimlessly as their parents yell instructions to them. Very entertaining! I have never been so proud of him! He usually is a little timid about trying new things so I was surprised when he finally picked it up. Waiting for a turn to bat.

Wednesday, December 12, 2012. I posted a picture a couple of years ago of my Santa Lucia Crown for Santa Lucia Day. Beverly was interested in the recipe. I cannot claim the fame for myself, but owe it all to Betty Crocker. My cookbook is 31 years old now, with ripped and tattered pages, but each recipe is a memory and a treasure. 2 packages active dry yeast.

Live, laugh, love. Monday, September 6, 2010. 2010 Carlsbad Week 1- MUCH NEEDED! Carpenter Fam- 2010 Carlsbad Beach Vacation. What a fantastic time we had at the beach this year! We invited the Walkers, the Shippens, and the Wrights to come spend a week with us in Carlsbad- and whoa- what a crew! We all meshed really well, the kids had a great time, and the weather was pretty decent. After arriving in Carlsbad on the 10th of July, the rest of the friends showed up by 5 pm and our FUN began!
