Getting raw food back into my life the easy way. It is the weekend and I woke late but not feeling too bad. Sun is not shining and I definitely felt more depressed that I was not waking up to sunshine anymore, it was grey and darkish outside. My idea of watermelon juice was not tempting. I had a herbal tea instead. The toilet issue was much better today thank goodness. I had fruit and a melon smoothie.
