Monday, September 27, 2010. I returned to the gym! So after almost a year of doing no exercise, or any training at all, I decided it was time to re-join Arlington Kickboxing academy. So I came in on Wednesday and it felt real good to be back and get a super workout in! Although, the next few days were pretty.
