Still in life Óleo sobre tela 2009 40cm x 50 cm. Lo que más pinto son los formatos medios y me encanta pintar en grande. También me resulta pintar miniaturas. Los formatos pequeños entre el 2000 y el 2002, sin excepción son ventanas, las ventanas del nuevo siglo. Buscando una pintura más surrealista en el sentido del automatismo y del libre curso al inconciente, hice unas telas chicas en abril del 2009.

Still in life Oil on canvass 2009 40cm x 50 cm. I rarely paint small, preferring bigger formats. All my paintings of the early 2000 are windows open to the new century. In April 2009 I painted in a surrelistic fashion, leaving my unconscious lead my hand. Windows to the new century. Windows to the new century.

The technique I use on my small squares is similar to the one used for my miniatures. I paint intuitively on a big sheet of paper without considering neither shape nor colour combinations. I try to let my unconcious lead my hand.
