Friday, August 14, 2015. This will be our third full day at home. The trip home on Tuesday was very tiring, but each day since has been a bit better. Progress is slow and we both wish for more and more faster. We were back at the UWMC yesterday for a follow up and follow ups will be weekly for the near future. All looked good to the staff at UWMC. We are walking a bit more each day. Fitbit will track progress for us and that is helpful.

Please pray for the victims of the tragedy at Virginia Tech and their families. Sharon and I decided that we needed to go down to the Virginia Tech campus on Saturday, April 21. Even though we graduated 30 years, it has always felt like home, and we felt compelled to go home at this time of deep sorrow. You can find them by clicking here.
