It used to be that my family would come check out my blog when we lived in Idaho. After the half marathon I started Beachbodys 21 Day Fix workouts and eating plan. Clean eating has always been hard for me, but I had the support of my challenge groups to help keep me motivated. Dave did not reply, for a HALF ho.
