Friday, May 14, 2010. I have to admit that I started this blog in order to keep in touch with family back home. They wanted to see my kids grow and share in our adventures in Australia. I had no idea that soon I would have more friends following my blog than family members. LOL! When I feel like my life is more settled and calm I will do some work on the blog.

Sunday, July 19, 2015. Over the past fortnight we have gathered as an extended family to celebrate some wonderful occasions. two weeks ago we welcomed Elder Allister Triffitt home from his mission in Brazil. Waiting for the plane to come in. That wonderful greeting between mother and son. Brothers together again after three years apart.
We moved back to Sydney in August, fulling anticipating returning to Rarotonga with revived purpose and enthusiasm, but after a week of being home we realised that this might be more than a two week break. The next week rolled by and still no word. Having completed the term of the contract we decided to cut our losses, and our stresses and move on to something new.
