Wednesday, April 30. Spring time brings the Tulip Festival here in Washington. We were lucky to have such a sunny day. It was thee perfect chance for taking some cute baby pictures. Carlee was a little afraid of the flowers at first, she wouldnt touch them, but that didnt last long. She really loved it. She was smiling, pointing and waving to all.
