While in Canada, we tried out a Caribbean restaurant, the Rainbow. So I got inspired to cook a pot of Grenadian oildown. believe me, it tastes better than it looks! She looks so sweet. but looks can be deceiving! Aaaahhhh.

I think owls are awesome birds. I love the way their eyes seem to see everything, and how far their heads can twist around. For a Great Horned Owl, I really like their distinctive feather horns. For real, I am thirty today. Well, actually this morning was the official time I entered the world back in the day in 1980.
