Wednesday, August 12, 2015. As Seville oranges are hard to find, and we have some left over it seemed logical to make a second batch of marmalade. By this time the cat was bored stiff at the mere mention of marmalade. Our friendly Magpie came to see what all the activity was about. So here we go again. And another ten jars ready for the pantry.
