Monday, January 3, 2011. After Christmas we headed to Andalucia for a little holiday in Spain. We visited Ronda, Sevilla, and Granada and it was delightful. Ronda was a quaint little city on a hill with a beautiful canyon that cut through the middle. The views in the city, the cobblestone streets, and the Spanish architecture made this my favorite stop. Sevilla offered a bit more culture. We saw flamenco dancing one evening and then spent a day exploring the palace located in the heart of the city.
