Under beautiful spring sunshine, Camp Orkila welcomed Memorial Day Family Campers for a fun filled weekend. Our beach was filled various kinds of marine life for campers to explore in their natural habitat. Church of the Brethren, Western Plains District. Camp Leadership Training Day was held Saturday, April 25 this year, at the McPherson Church of the Brethren. Our camps are limited to 48 campers so that we are able to offer a high counsellor to camper ratio, allowing for a flexible innovative and comprehensive camp program. Campers are placed in groups of 12 with 2 counsellors assigned to each group.
