Chocolate, pretzel and beer ice cream cake. Holy crap, you guys. I made this ice cream cake that i have to tell you about, because it is ridiculously good. i went instead with beer and pretzels. an immoderate amount of chocolate.
My Baby is ONE! My first attempt at Ganache. Might never go back to Buttercream. Used some black food coloring to alter the appearance of the brown ganache to give it a little extra dimension. Filled with a peanut butter chocolate ganache. It was just perfect for my 4 year old. An Interior Designer by trade, trying her hand in creative design on a smaller scale.

Thursday, June 29, 2017. This Frozen cake took longer than usual to decorate due to me being surrounded by the girls throughout the whole process of decorating, from scratch. I have to admit though, I also got bit of help from the girls as they were passing me all the necessary tools for the cake to be finished ahead of time! They were really fun to work with!
