I was very nervous about this cake. It has so much detail and I was asked to only use cream cheese icing. I think it turned out pretty well. Theres always a big ceremony for this, along with a party thats called the Blue and Gold Banquet. For the past 5 years, Ive made cakes for the banquet, but this year since my son was graduating, I wanted it to be special.
