Monday, August 4, 2008. I did what i normally do after a great loss and went and blew it by eating whatever whenever. I am so dissappointed with myself! What is wrong with me? I am getting sooo close to goal and it scares me. Sunday, July 27, 2008. I s the expression that came to mind when i hopped on the scales at WI yesterday. GOAL 1 - lose 10kg.
