Friday, August 05, 2011. This sweet girl visited us a lot. Cole really enjoyed helping with the fire wood and simply goofing off. Topher was a little ham as usual. Uncle Jon got these great shots. This kid is just so photogenic. Grandpa carved a cool boat out of a piece of fire wood. Topher loved playing with that thing in Squaw Creek. This is the view .

Diane Divone Thoughts about Feelings

During my meditation this morning these words came to me. I am waiting to EXHALE! I remember that there was a book and movie with that title. I also remember thinking that I never cognitively understood what that title meant. Not until this morning when I viscerally felt what those words meant to me. There in the quiet of this mornings meditation it dawned on me. That is exactly what I have been doing.
