You drive up a long, new paved road through a neighborhood of 400 lots. There are beautiful sidewalks, all of the proper signs and markings, bright red fire hydrants are in place to assist the fire department should anything go wrong. The only problem, there arent any houses. The dirt covering the swimming pool, filled in for safety. The cables above were used by Mrs. Hudspeths dogs to keep them on the property. Restoration of a 1912 eclectic Craftsman Bungalow in NC. Well its been a while since I have w. Ritten but we have sort of been hunkered down for the winter but spring is here so back to work. This room was originally the nursery and is next to the upstairs master. The two are connected by a separate door and both rooms have doors to the main. The original push button light switch.
Our latest project has been finishing half of our basement. This is one of the only before photos I have where you can see the old windows and the cinder block walls. First we replaced the windows. Then we had a sub-floor drainage system and new sump pump installed by Perma-Seal.
