Sunday, August 7, 2011. Jimmy Joe ran the 24th of July marathon in Salt Lake. He did great! He was 8th in his age category. It was a really tough course. Everyone said it was a lot harder than the one we ran last year and he ran this one 15 min. faster! So proud of him! Also for the 24th of July, there was a Pioneer Day Extravaganza at the park near our house. It was a lot of fun with lots of free activities.
