Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Today I got locked out of the house. Just waiting, wishing, HOPING someone will come home soon. I started by going around to all our big windows in the basement hoping one would be open. Then feeling very cold and extremely hungry, I think I started to loose my head a bit.

Since it was rainy weather Sam slipped in the barn and squished our avocados, but they were still delicious . Next we head to Carmel Beach, one of our favorite places. Then we ran into some elephant seals. There were hundreds of them covering this random beach along the route. O bye bye, from me and my umbrella.

Wednesday, June 15, 2011. The town was a blast to get lost in. The streets were designed to confuse raiding pirates, and we can attest that they did a pretty good job. Gorgeous bright flowers in the whitewashed town. This is Paros, our second island. It was a very laid back place without too many crowds and very nice beaches. Paros also had a wonderful port and marina. And Paros gave us the most colorful sunset of our trip.
Tuesday, December 28, 2010. It was the first time that my entire family was together for Christmas in nearly 3 years. We had such a delightful time! Mark and I got my parents sling shots that look like little wolves along with a big bag of large fluffy marshmallows. Everyone took their turn at sling shot. Those slinger-dingers were the hit of the Christmas gathering.

I loved the beauty that came from having this huge tank of water sitting in my livingroom, and I often would just sit on my couch and watch the fish swim. One day I would love to own a HUGE aquarium in my own home. Anyway, once a week my fish tank must be cleaned.
