Apparently you can get a lovely metallic copper effect all over from it, I tried a couple of things but this bead probably had the coolest effect. Jed from Double Helix has kindly done a video. 1 lb high quality white chocolate, chopped. 1 8oz bag freeze dried cranberries, pulverized into a powder. 1 5oz bag dried cranberries, minced. Heat the cream to a boil in a heavy sauce pan. Turn off heat and add chocolate, stirring with a spatula until melted. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
