Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Alright, it has been a busy past few months . I think my last post was in June! Not too much had been going on. I have brewed a few beers since. A whiskey barrel stout, and a coffee stout that turned out incredibly well, and was very well received by all who had the opportunity to sample it. The plan is a 21 day primary, cold crash at 32F for 3 days rack to secondary, dry hop and allow the beer to warm to about 65-70F for 7 days and then cold crash a second time before racki.
