Wednesday, December 28, 2011. 65279;Today is my thirty-seventh birthday. I thought I would share 37 things that I am thankful for and update you on our lives along the way. This last year has been one of, if not the most challenging years of my life. From the death of my best friend, job uncertainty for Tim, and the general toughness of raising four kids. 1 I am thankful for God. 2 I am thankful for Tim. 3 I am thankful for Zach. 4 I am thankful for Calyn. 65279; Calyn is my special girl.

This past week started out amazing. I think I got 2 days of nothing but eating right, exercise, and proper water intake before all this weekends festivities had me crash-landing. I hoped with all the picnic and ballpark food at my disposal I was at least sweating some of this crap out in the heat. And alcohol? That just makes this that much harder.

I feel like I have blogged this before. where has the time gone? Yes, I know I have! I feel so out of control of time! We always get to the end of the summer and it feels like we just got out of school! I am just so weepy today! I always feel better when I blog. So, I get on here and the last blog entry was in January! I barely blinked and they were gone! So, as this school year begins.

We had lots of fun with the Trooks this weekend . Nothing like spending a long weekend with best friends. So the last picture is one when we got home. I was trying to get Mikaela to smile and I asked her where Jason was . She had ballet every Saturday for the past couple of months. The other little girl is Meg. Easter, Star Wars and Best Friends.

In a few days my firstborn will turn 4. What in the world did Grandma and Grandpa bring? Reece only seemed to notice the Barbie. not the large thing the Barbie was sitting in. Watch out, Lubbock! Diaper pail.
