Trail running, Trail racing, Trail Hiking, Reflecting. Tuesday, July 7, 2015. This past weekend I ran 16 miles with friends at Hill Country State Natural Area celebrating a buddies birthday. He was running 49K to celebrate his 49th birthday. I tried out my new hydration vest. An UltrAspire vest that holds two 24oz bottles at an angle behind the rib cage. I love it! Thursday, May 18, 2017. I was recently asked to make a list of my favorite trails in the U.S. As a high school teacher, my summers allow for a lot of travel, a perk I have taken advantage of. I have had the privilege to explore some of the most beautiful areas of the country, though I prefer to spend most of my time in the mountains of Colorado. Asking me to pick 5 top trails was difficult, so I picked 10. Even that took a week of narrowing down my list, no small feat. So, heres my list. 9 Isab.CONTENT

Sunday, July 19, 2009. Trip down the other side was great fun; first 7 miles were straight down. The touring bike loaded down with gear handles really well. Another 10 into Mazama where I grabbed a bite to eat and got some liquids on board. Sunday is a rest day, then Monday off to Chelan and Tuesday to Leavenworth to start the festivities of the reunion.
