Sunday, May 2, 2010. Well we added some new family members to the family last week. We swore not to add any new animals, but the kids used their own money and came home with some cute little bunnies. We decided with 2 they can have a friend right! Well they are both FEMALE, at least that is what we were told! I guess if I post some bunnies for sale you all know the truth! Great job to all of them.
Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Make a Wish Trip for Port. Just so you all know how grateful I am for Salem Hills High School. For granting Porters wish and making it possible for our family to enjoy a fantastic trip to Disney World. The kids at that high school are truly remarkable! I hope they continue to have success in every venture of their life! Our trip home, not quite as fun, but at least port had his DSi. To keep him occupied! We also got to see a magician perform one night for us! Really like the carous.
Monday, May 30, 2011. Today, nationally, we celebrate Memorial Day. And that is my fault. I still, in my toothache pain, can remember those precious souls. Who comes to mind first? It seems impossible to say. Because, I could swear that, at the same moment I thought of two. Grandma Hansen and Shawn Mahaffey. Two souls, born 60 years apart, have left an imprint on my life.

We are working hard around here to get ready for Christmas. We finally got our tree up and we are diligently working on getting the shopping done. How did it get to be the 7th of December already? I will post a few pics of the Christmas decorations and of the kids soon. Just thought I would post a little note of things to come.

I decided that it was time to add some color to our house, so I redid the bookshelf.
Jake and I had a great week this past week! She definitely takes after her daddy. Thanksgiving was fabulous this year! He made 6 interceptions and a couple of touchdowns. All the guys were very impressed and made sure I knew about it on Sunday.
