Брестская крепость, памятник оборонной архитектуры 19 века. Расположена в западной части Бреста. Была возведена в середине 19 века на месте древнего городища, на островах, образованных реками Западный Буг и Мухавец. Холмские ворота одни из четырех ворот, ведущих в цитадель Брестской крепости. Ворота построены в 1842 году и изначально представляли собой часть замкнутой кольцевой казармы.
