Monday, May 2, 2011. Okay, at last, here is my blogpost on my food experiences from my second trip to Ecuador. Once again, Juan Carlos Calvachi was the bird guide, but this trip was to Southern Ecuador, home of more specialty and endemic birds than the more typical Northern Ecuador trip. Eventually, we stopped for lunch at a place called Quizas Hoy, home of the Royal Flycatcher.
Saturday, December 29, 2007. One of my lifelong learning goals is to learn to speak Swedish, and watching videos such as these can really help. It was also fun learning how to manage my own blog and posting different types of content to it. If another discovery program like this was offered in the future, I would like to participate. I listened to the Introduction to NetLibrary.
Sunday, November 25, 2007. My 23 Things experience has been awesome! The other major challenge was just getting over personal fears and phobias which many of us have when exploring so many new concepts at the same time. Whew, some topics were pretty scary, but by the end I really do feel much more empowered, not only by what I learned, but by the fact that I feel confident going back to explore and use these technologies in other ways later.
