It is now one of the loves of my life. Sometimes I cry, when I think of how much yoga means to me. And I cant even explain why, I just feel it. Does there need to be justification for loving something? Hmmm.I think not. I love yoga! Today I want to talk about stillness. Stillness is the state or instance of being quiet or calm.
