Thursday, July 30, 2015. I was asked by my hometown paper to write an article about my cancer journey to kick off Pink Arrow Pride. I was honored to do so with the hope that it would bring awareness to colorectal cancer. My article was published today in the Lowell Ledger along with a snapshot of me in 1992. I know, the hair! Below is the text for those of you who do not get the Ledger and have asked if I would post on my blog. I am still continuing to fight! Of this year my life would dramatically change.
