Thursday, April 16, 2009. Okay, so I know there has been some time since our last blog but things have been pretty busy for us. I was away for a few days in LA at the end of January for work, we then headed off to Vegas for a few days in February for the NASCAR race and well, March. March was crazy! We decided to move to a different apartment for a change of pace so we were involved with that for a couple of weeks. And now, it brings us to where we are now. How Sweet It Is! .
Thursday, August 29, 2013. First Day of School 2013. This year, the first day of school was a first of a lot of things for us. Brylie started 1st grade! This was definitely more difficult for me than for him. He has been looking forward to this for a long time! He has a brand new teacher out of school and he is in the PM class so he can come home with his sister. He, like Brylie, will do just fine in school! He already reads very well and can count like a champ and is even doing math.
Wednesday, September 19, 2012. I got some komatsuna in my CSA veggies today. It is soooooo delicious prepared this way! The instructions are from a blog called Chubby Bunny Recipes. Last time I made it, I ate the whole pan myself, on top of some brown rice. I was in heaven! Komatsuna is a typical Japanese leafy vegetable. It is often called Japanese Mustard Spinach in the.
