Go to the park, play, go to church, have picnics, ride bikes, go for walks,long drives, play games, watch movies and make new friends. Well, time flies when you are busy with 5 kids. Especially when you have them all day every day. It is definitely a journey, and I see them growing much slower. Two of my kids are complaining of growing pains, so I know they are still growing! Friday, November 21, 2008. Mural is up and lookin good. Have been working on my photoshop prints and book for a few weeks. my scanner is on the fritz so its hard to get my sketches into illustrator but it does work on occasion. Monday, December 15, 2008. Creating the first print was the most difficult task for the fact that I was taking the words too literally. Once I got past seeing each word as just a noun or an adjective, I was able to associate colors, moods, textures and places with each item. Applying various hand-made collages to Photoshop, I combined many aspects of at least 10 collages into the three large prints.
