Tuesday, February 17, 2009. New Years Day at the Zoo. On New Years Day we packed the kids in the car and took them to the free day at the Zoo. I can only think of one word that comes to mind. We decided to finally park illegally with a bunch of other cars. Once we got in it was fun. The kids had a blast, afterwards we went to eat at 59Diner.
Sunday, August 1, 2010. Well, Annabelle still loves SLEEPING BEAUTY, obviously but also loves the Sound of Music. Here is the singing diva! My mom took my sister and I and Annabelle to see the Sound of Music at the Baton Rouge Little Theater Saturday. We loved it! Annabelle has only seen the disney version movie which varies slightly from the theater version. She commented on it during the show-LOL! We had a great time! Thanks MOM and DAD! Saturday, February 12, 2011. We recently went with the Brown family to the Houston Zoo! The kids had a blast! The two highlights of the day were feeding a giraffe, and the Baboon that was signing to us and giving Dallin kisses! They also got to play bongo drums, ride the carousel, and climb like monkeys in the different play areas! It was a bit chilly but overall a super fun day! Thanks Katie for inviting us!
