If I can do it you can too. I found the inspiration for the bubble skirt from Ehow. The Knot-Me skirt was from a fabulous tutorial by Simply Modern Mom. I came up with the paper bag style skirt all by my little lonesome. Although I have to admit hers is WAY cuter than mine.
