A place for friends and fellow obsessors to gather. Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Rather than purchase disappointing tomatoes and other summer vegetables, I hit the Asian grocery store. Yesterday I picked up a massive bag of baby bok choi. They looked so alive and promising and like the antithesis of cauliflower. Happily I can report success! Baby Bok Choi with Miso Ginger Dressing.

Welcome to our blog! Here you will find posts of all the amazing things our class is doing in A19. For U Day, we went on an umbrella parade through the neighbourhood. We were greeted with many smiles, waving hands, and car horns. It was a beautiful walk. When we returned, we discussed and wrote about what we saw, heard and found while under our umbrellas. Some students made their own umbrellas. Others created art using water colours.
