Building a Home in Culpeper, VA. Is a very, very, very fine house. Tuesday, November 18, 2014. Three months! I simply cannot believe how fast time flies! And, after a flurry of homes all being completed seemingly at once, things are a little quiet in the neighborhood. Our 30 day post move in went well.

The great, good, bad and ugly of building our Ryan home. Wednesday, July 22, 2015. This past month, things have by moving along. My back yard has been dug up to fix the grading issue. My crawl space is missing drainage tubes and they have to dig up the front yard to try to find it or replace it.

Monday, January 26, 2015. Not having to clean 10-15 inches of snow off of them is equally awesome! We still have tons of things to do, but I think you get to a point where you just want to relax for a bit. Little bit at a time time now.
