Thursday, December 2, 2010. Our Thanksgiving week started out with a 16 hour drive home from California. Normally our drive is between 10 and 12 hours but driving through a blizzard, determined to make it home, will slow you down a bit. Needless to say, our family was very anxious and thankful to make it home. Olive and William cutting celery for the dressing. They were such big helpers! Mom, can we open presents? Sledding. Which meant me pulling them up and down the street! On Black Friday .
Thursday, November 13, 2014. AUGUST Was an exciting month for us. Kaden started Pre-K! He is so smart- writing, reading, and is finally getting into art. Kaden also started soccer and has loved every minute.
Thursday, August 13, 2015. We got out her newborn bins and she has been having a ball. We continue to love our long mornings, and are starting to get to eat breakfast outside with the weather cooling down a bit. Sam goes in around 9 and we love our lazy mornings together. Jenna will do art projects for hours. Jenna continues to think up brilliant ideas, like making floaties for George so that he can swim too.
These are the most recent pictures of Lake Oroville. This was taken from Highway 62 that heads towards Berry Creek. You can see the backside of the dam from this viewpoint. After our rain last weekend the lake level rose 20 ft. We are hoping for more rain this week. I like this picture because of the earthy colors. All this is usually underwater and looks like an island with little trees on it. Michael and Peggy Taylor Family.

Saturday, August 15, 2015. Mari And Her Hair Some Other Stuff. Mari is such a little stinker when it comes to her hair! She never lets me do it and if I do, she throws a HUGE fit! Doesnt she know her pigtails are super cute! Then Daddy throws it in a bun and she keeps it in the rest of the day! Or when the neighbor girl puts a super cute headband on her, sure, it can stay! This was also the day that Mari got her first bee sting at the park. Poor girl! The kids did a summer reading program and earned som.CONTENT
