Bluegrass Barbell is a weightlifting and powerlifting club that has grown into the biggest barbell club in the State of Kentucky. We started with 3 club members a little over 6 years ago, and now have over 30 registered USAW and USAPL members. Our facility is top notch with over 15 bars, 12 complete sets of bumper plates, and 7 platforms for our weightlifters. We have an ER combo rack, deadlift jack, powerlifting bar, and competition platform for our powerlifters.
