Monday, June 28, 2010. B is for Blueberry Pie. I really dont like blueberries in baked goods. For some reason it just seems wrong to me. That being said I had a huge bag of frozen blueberries in my freezer that I needed to do something with. So I decided to bake a blueberry pie and force it on my family and friends and work. Basic Flaky Pie Crust for 9 Pie. Bake pie crust until golden brown, let cool for 3 minutes then brush with lightly beaten egg white. 12 cup plus 2 tbsp water. Monday, March 8, 2010.
