Wednesday, January 11, 2012. I awoke this morning to pea soup.could barely see across the road I tell you! Why the blog title then? Well, within about 30 mins of getting up, the sun had burnt off the mist and gloom to reveal the most gorgeous blue sky day! View from my back door this morning. Couch to 5k update day off today, but feeling less achey. HOWEVER, I am due to start week 2 tomorrow! This is uping the amount of time I run for.wish me luck! Sunday, January 8, 2012.
