Wild and Wonderful West Virginia. Saturday, March 13, 2010. Don is a new man! He has lost 50 lbs as of today. He looks great and we are celebrating his success. We both spend an hour in the gym almost everyday. Counting down the days until our Disney vacation in August in our new bodies and swimsuits! Thanks to Don I have lost 15 lbs since mid-January. Long way to go, but motivation is abundant! We have a Son-in-Law! Already a year old and it seems like yesterd.
