We were able to go to St. It was so nice to get away and enjoy the sun, which we did because it was 98 degrees outside. We hung out by the pool and did some biking up snow canyon and ate at some yummy places.

Friday, December 21, 2012. Last Friday I was on my way home from picking up Russell from pre-school when Mark called me and told me about the Connecticut shooting. I immediately began to cry. Russell was listening to my side of the conversation and concluded that some children had died. I was crying uncontrollably by the time we got home and suggested we pray for all those who were feeling pain and sadness.

Tuesday, March 4, 2014. So, I took some photos of the kids today. There is something magical about a clean space- -you just feel better being in it. The kids could feel it too. Benny is going to be 1. Sometimes I want to freeze time. This afternoon I wanted to do that.

Saturday, September 17, 2011. Now that fall has come we are starting to settle back into everyday life. Katie has started a little dance class and I am doing Preschool with the kids a few times a week. Scott on the other hand is busy at work. I will try to post more often now. Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Love love love the fall. We have had such a fun fall and I am just glad to be a mom. I have realized as of late how precious these moments are and how quickly they flutter by. Our home is loud and chaotic but we are having more fun and stressing less about the mess and undone chores, though a clean house is a happy house in my book! We got new curtains.
