Vi har tappat sömnmönstret och har haft ett par riktigt tuffa veckor, med mycket orolig och väldigt lite sömn. Liten har sovit 5-6 timmar per natt och kanske 2 timmar totalt på dagen. I snitt ska en bebis i hennes ålder 3-4 månader sova 15-16 timmar per dygn och ca 10 av dem på natten. Nu är jag mest glad över att det snart är julledigt och vi kan ta det som det kommer.
