Live now and here. 孩子一天天的大,时间一天天的过去.其实孩子们在时间的栽培下成长了,恩恩和骏骏这段时间都真的还带不少的欢乐给我们,成就了一个家.骏骏很会站了,期待他走路.恩恩很会说话.感恩这因缘让我们有机会成为他们的父母.最近时常也会为钱不够用而起烦恼心.但是星期六看了一部戏,戏里说人生是一个过程,可惜的是它不能从来,可喜的是它也不需要从来.这么简单的话,竟然忘了,听了这句话,真的有如梦初醒的感觉. 每天都有用这句话提醒自己,希望自己不为小事抓狂,凡是放过自己.珍惜身边人,好好学习,过着一个人生. 这两天,都会比较有纪律的挤奶,不过没有逼自己挤上1小时,太累了.每一边的奶挤上20MIN,就收工了.一边的乳房会给1oz. 今天,上网发现新的方法,试了一次,很有效,是用压得方法挤奶,奶真的出得比较快.过后用手挤出来,再用PUMP的,虽然只有2.5oz,可是感觉到奶出的很快,很好玩,不过手就很累,不断的压和挤.以下网站可供参考. 有时还是我自己为宝宝更换尿.
