Styrde kosan söderut och mot Lindby till att börja med och sedan vidare mot Sättra. Kroppen var slö och trött inget gensvar alls då jag försökte trycka på lite och få upp farten. Dom körde ju Ironman i lördags men idag körde ett blysänke. Trögt som sirap och benen vägrade samarbeta. Strax blir det bananstopp in till höger. Körde fullfar.
