Seven years ago, I had brain surgery. I was DETERMINED then just to survive. Here I am now seven years later DETERMINED to make a change for my health, mind and body! Saturday, July 30, 2011. Obedience to God is an interesting thought. I think for most of us we assume that if we go to church we are being obedient. If we read the bible we are being obedient. If we pray we are being obedient. I am pretty certain that we do not think that if we eat right then we are being obedient.

I need help! I have gained back all I lost and I am eating good stuff but I think just too much. I have now started using a saucer for my dinner, lunch and breakfast. Still walking and exercising but I have no one to be accountable too! I have lost touch with everybody and I am lost.
